Problem with the unlimited data is that you only get 500mb of hotshot, then it gets disabled. I'm leaning towards putting $10 onto my data for a total of 4.5gb. That should last the whole month if I'm careful and at least I could still share all of it with a desktop and ipad.

Be glad guys, in my country for $10 you get 150MB And we won't have LTE for a long time.

Problem with the unlimited data is that you only get 500mb of hotshot, then it gets disabled. I'm leaning towards putting $10 onto my data for a total of 4.5gb. That should last the whole month if I'm careful and at least I could still share all of it with a desktop and ipad.

Good deal.. on Telus I have 6gigs for $20. I use wifi when at home and stream music in my car everyday driving for hours. I haven't gotten near 6gigs yet

I think I've got the same plan as u. I pay $50+$10 for unlimited text/voice + 2.5gb data. After 2.5gb it throttles, but can still enable hotspot at the throttled speed.

No idea, hot spot is 10 more and I don't really have a need for it right now, but the throttled at 0.1 like I'm getting and none is the same ****

My work mate is on wind. I give it a 50/50 chance whether his phone has reception or not when I call. Great prices, not enough towers!

Yeah it really depends from city to city too.

Where I am, I always have coverage. And my office mate loses Rogers all the time.

But in other cities / areas it is a lot less reliable. The hard part - is once you switch to 30/m for unlim text/data/calls, you can never go back to 90/m restricted everything...
