Other than being on the latest OS, there isn't much more you can do. The Android Runtime has its limitations.

Modern Combat 5 has nothing to do with the Android Runtime. It is not a ported game. Please don't give false info.

The OP actually didn't state where he got the game from.

Either way, it is what it is. The only thing one can do is keep the phone updated, which he appears to have done.

Gameloft withdrew BB10 support a while back, and this app hasn't been updated since last Feb.

Perhaps try a hard reset of your device (both volume buttons simultaneously until phone reboots).

Make sure you have at least a couple of GBs of free storage on your device as well. Beyond that, there is not much more you can do save for a clean OS install without a restore (which has no guarantee of working).
