Everyday I browse through the forums here, and when people have problems with their z10, I see them often referring to the z10 model number.. whether it's STL100-3.. or idk, theres a few out there.. and I've became very curious.. like, are there any defect models?? bc the STL100-3 is the one I'm getting.. and I'm kinda worried, bc from what it looks like, there are defects out there?

I'm using a factory unlocked STL100-3 RFF91LW. Haven't heard or had any issues. I'm using it on Wind.

There are a few software bugs, several of which have been addressed with the latest OS release (like better battery life). I haven't heard of people having hardware issues (glass separation, battery doors not fitting, touch response). BlackBerry has been doing a pretty good job of working on bug fixes and putting out updates. Another update is supposed to be out soon.

In the USA, there will pretty much be two versions: the 100-3 on AT&T and T-Mobile, and the 100-4 on Verizon.
