AT&T makes me #sadpanda. Only thing I miss from my jail broken iPhone and rooted android are the free hot spot and tethering I had. :/

I just walked into a Verizon store to get some info on the Z10. The salesgirl said she had a Z10 as her work phone and when I asked if the Z10 was capable of being a mobile hotspot, she said that neither she nor her manager could find out to operate it on their phones. I'm glad I read the previous posts so that I know it is just moronic salespeople and not lack of phone capabilities. Should be getting a Z10 next week. Thanks for the info.

My carrier at&t has blocked hot spot on my phone. I been gf into an unlimited plan and they say that I would need to upgrade into a 5mb plan in order to get access to mobile hotspot.

Anyone know of any apps or work arounds?

I'm on Rogers 6GB plan and running leak 1047OS it's working pretty good. For Rogers customers you need a minimum 1GB data plan to be able to use it.

I am with Rogers on 6Gb data plan and hot spot works perfectly with my Z10. I can operate both PlayBook and laptop using Z10 hot spot.
