im looking to share my media off my pc to my phone without physically transfering the files. Basically i want to be able to access my music library from my pc around the house on my phone. I just downloaded link but im not to sure how to do it in this or if i even can.... thanks

You need to have a 10.1.x.x BB10 version of the OS on your Q10 or Z10. I've not actually used the file access feature yet but there is a long thread on using it with detailed instructions for setting it up. Use the handy search feature.

Look up plex media server, and my.plex.com.

The ported plex android app works also, but I just use my.plex.com with the BlackBerry browser.

I have searched everywhere for a ported version of Plex, to no avail, probably because this is a paid app. I have purchased , but only for Playbook. PM me if you can help me locate.

I don't have the ported app, just know from other thread the app works.

I just use my.plex.com and it works great.
