Dear Sir,

This is in regard to your mail received. We are working on it and would get back to you once it?s done. Kindly note that it will take us around 10 to 15 days for white listing PIN number of your handset as we don?t white list single PIN number. We consolidate list once in 10 or 15 days and white list all PIN numbers. Hope you understand and co-operate with us in the meantime.
