My dad is having the exact same issue with his Z10 and I'm certain that all of the sounds that should be on are on.

How about some more information. OS version, phone type (more than just Z10 please), carrier, locked or unlocked. Will let us know if it is a "known issue" with a solution, or something else that we can give you trouble shooting best guesses to try and solve your problem.

For MINE, it's a Z10, running 10.3.2.2474 on Koodo in Canada.

Same issue here, sound ok except for phone calls: Z10 STL 100-2, running on 10.3.2.2639, locked, T-Mobile, Netherlands.

Well, a lot of issues, especially since the last update. Posting these didn't lead to any response at all, so that's it. Bought a BlackBerry two years ago in an attempt to support RIM, but I don't need crappy software. So, yet another unhappy customer turning back to Droid...

You should explore the sound profile to the debth!
System settings
Notifications
Chose profile (here I chose normal, which is logically not mute)
Costomise App profile
Phone
Make sure you toggle sound to on (incoming calls)
Done!

It is not sufficient to turn into nomal or outdoor mode if the setting is corrupted... so make sure the settings are okay.

Notifications could have been changed in the past. Check out the whole thing (every profile, every App) in detail if you have the time to ;-)

Wish I could say it helped, but it doesn't seem to be a problem related to my settings however.
Excuse me for not replying in the future, since I'm emptying my BlackBerry atm, switching to Android.
