    I've got an STL100-4 running 10.1.0.2354, and I run Speedtest.net through the browser. I've also got a Samsung S4, and run tests on it with the Speedtest.net Android App. I always get faster speeds on the Z10. I can get 17-18 Mbps on the Z10 while getting just under 10 Mbps on the S4 at the exact same time and location. On a couple of tests, I did get a higher upload speed on the S4, the highest being 5Mbps.

    Are you using same SIM Card? If not, perhaps the subscribed QoS is different.
