My girlfriend's z10 won't pick up LTE - it's stuck on 4G...I got a black one and mine works fine (same carrier).

Anybody else having the same/similar issue(s)?

Colors do not matter. Have you tried doing a factory reset? Also have you checked the settings to make sure it has LTE selected?. Also another question, did she get a LTE sim card & a LTE plan?

Well I find that white BBs have more issues than the "regular" ones...but that could be just me.

Yes she does have an LTE plan and LTE sim card (double checked it).
I checked the settings myself, and LTE is selected.
Did the factory reset as well....

Which location are you guys in? Also have you contacted Rogers to see what they can do?

I am sure if they can get 4G, they have the LTE sim card

We live in Guelph, ON (not the greatest LTE coverage)...I had the two phones side by side and mine was working fine...She'll try exchanging the phone today...

Finally managed to get this issue resolved. It wasn't the Z10, it was Rogers...

Do you recall what ended up being the issue or how you fixed it? Mine has all the sudden started doing the same thing. I can get 4G, but not LTE. Another Z10 right beside me is on LTE just fine.

Re the Rogers LTE issue;
I had an LTE "SureTap" SIM, a Z10 and Q10, was in an LTE area - etc etc. Should have been perfect.

Someone did not provision my account to actually GET LTE at Rogers. You're going to need to dial 611 from your phone to make sure it's set up. Took them only 15 minutes including hold time to resolve.

EDIT: Sounds like you had the same issue? What was the resolution so that the rest of us can learn?

I called Rogers today. My issue had something to do with having some old US roaming plan on my account. The girl fixed it up and I rebooted the device and was LTE right away.
