My sd card somehow managed to fall out during a battery pull and I can't find it anywhere. I haven't backed my phone up to blackberry link in 2 months. Is there anyway to recover pictures that were stored to the sd card?

Unless you backed those files up recently (computer hard drive, Dropbox, SkyDrive or some other service) the answer is simply no.

On a side-note, battery pulls should not be required in BB 10. If you have a situation where a hard reboot is required, press and hold both volume up/down keys until the device take a screen shot, powers down, restarts, and you see the blue startup animation.

You would not be able to recover anything from de SD card unless you use a cloud service for upload everything before you lost it

Sorry for the loss of your data.

This situation, again, reinforces the need to routinely backup any unique data whether it be photographs or documents/files you create, voice notes, etc. In this case, the device's software did not fail but the actual physical card was lost. Just the other day, I moved and copied off all the unique photos and screenshots from my z10 to my computer. I then copied back just the ones I wanted on the z10.

Check Link anyway doesn't it do wireless sync? I could be confusing this with something else.

Hopefully you had wireless sync set and it was syncing those months.
