Hi, I've lost an icon on my BlackBerry Z10 main screen. In Help, it recommends reloading the OS.

If I do this will I lose all my contacts, messages, photos etc?

Any advice you can give this clueless technophobe would be gratefully received.

Which icon have you lost? Do you have a backup if your device using Blackberry link?

The only icons you can get on blackberry world is the Text message and the hub
