    I installed an android app Math Tricks this morning but it didn't work so I un installed it. But I lost BBM as well as browser also. Even after reinstalling BBM from BlackBerry World, I don't see it. And there is no such option for browser. Have restarted the phone also but in vain. I'm using Z10, STL100-1, 10.2.1.3062, Airtel, India.
    Please help!!

    What do you mean you lost BBM and Browser? It cannot be uninstalled by typical means.

    After uninstalling the said android app both BBM and browser are missing. Even when I tried opening any Web page then it opens Tube Mate. And I lost BBM even after reinstalling it from BlackBerry World. I don't see the BBM icon anywhere...

    Perform a soft reset by holding the power button for up to 10 seconds and let it restart. Should have your icons back after that. Meanwhile, go to your device manager and then the memory or storage tab and check if You have browser and bbm still listed.

    I don't find browser there in storage or memory tabs in device manager. Though it shows BBM v 10.2.1. 3442 but with a install size of 1.1MB only.

    That's strange. You may need to sideload the BBM and Browser BAR. and if that don't work, you'll need to reinstall your OS with an Autoloader.

    Or easier, perform an OS reload using BlackBerry Link. Be sure to backup things first.
