I just loaded 10.3.2 on my z10 (STL-4). but now 7gb of my internal memory is filled. Now the phone keeps running hot and battery life has also suffered (it has been charged 5-6 times already.)

2.8GB. So try few reboots and if that will not clear the extra files use a autoloader.

You have put a memory card in the expansion memory slot behind the back cover right ? Put your personal files onto the media card. Most people say the phone runs best this way. Best if your memory card is "U1" or "10" speed grade.
