    Depends on what data you want.....

    You can copy some data to the SD Card and remove it (if not encrypted).



    Do you have full admin rights on your PC?
    Have you tried rebooting and then righ click on the BLEND setup file (I download Blend which includes LINK) and choose run as administrator?
    Have you uninstall everything that has the BlackBerry name in it from your PC and then rebooted?
