    Can anyone provide me a link to a 10.1 os as currently have 10.2 leak installed but want to go back to original OS as i am having issues with my phone and need original OS back in case phone needs to go back to rogers.

    Open BlackBerry Link and choose to reload the OS. That'll put it back to your carrier's official release.

    once you plug your device to the computer, Link will try to establish the connection between the blackberry and the computer.

    While its doing that, within Link on the bottom you will see your blackberry with a spinning circle trying to connect. click on that and you will see the reload button.

    The option is where you see the blue highlight to the left under where my device is. Just click Factory Reset and let it finish.
