hello, sorry for my bad English.
my problem is in z10 stl1 OS 10.2.1.2102. movistar spain
After receiving notifications , my hub led is red,that is ok
but after a few minutes de red led disapears and the mail appear as read.
Its only happpens on pop3 mail.
not happens on hotmail o facebook..

Are you opening or reading the email on another device? Does someone else have access to your email or email account?

no..mi mail is a pop3, and I use outlook, but the mail are not open.
I recharge the software and the problems continue.
