    Woke up this morning, read an email from a friend, and could not reply as the keyboard would not work. I then tried other apps and programs with no luck. I rebooted an removed the battery but again with no success. My OS is 10.1.0.4181. I can receive emails and texts with no issue. I have very few downloaded apps. This phone has been virtually flawless up till now. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
