    So all of a sudden my keyboard will not work. Every other aspect of the phone is fine. I've read all the threads about possible fixes. Battery pulls, Ignore Words with Numbers, etc.

    I want to do a security wipe, but since the keyboard doesn't work, I can't type blackberry to authorize it????

    I'm being shipped a replacement device, but still hoping I can fix this one since I won't get it for a few days. I can also NOT connect to BlackBerry Link, haven't been able to for several weeks.

    So you can't hold down volume up and volume down until the phone reboots? Not sure what that has to do with the keyboard.

    I don't understand your reply. A reboot does not fix the problem.

    I wasn't thinking clearly, I guess I can do a wipe via Link even though my device won't connect to do a backup. Trying that.
