I finally took the plunge and bought a sim free z10 from carphone warehouse today for �189 and got away from my iPhone 4s which I have had to use since my 9900 took a swim. So far I am loving it more people need to give blackberry 10 a chance.

I have always been a BlackBerry man I don't know why I took so long to take the plunge and get a bb10 device. I got my z10 and playbook and couldn't be happier unless bb10 comes to the playbook lol.

I have a question about how to ungroup SMS messages from the same sender. I like it when they appear as individual messages, this is a hangover from my Torch 9800 days. I wonder who can help, though I probably should have started a thread with this question. I could not resist congratulating you.

Going by the price it would be classed as an entry level bb10 device but it doesn't feel like an entry level device. No lag and runs really smooth. Comparing it to my old 4s it feels like a much more high end device. The only problem I seem to be having it saving videos from story maker. It saves to about 75% then says unable to save file. I have space anyone know what the problem might be. Thanks. I am loving my new phone.

From what I have seen bb10 is completely different to what it was when it was first released. I liked my who is it app on my 9900 but I don't want to have to leave apps open for them to work.

The migration to headless apps is slowly underway now that the api has been released by BB. Devs need to update their apps to work but we have seen several being released over the past weeks. Long running headless apps will run in the background without the need to be open in an active frame.

Congratulations! I too picked up a Z10 from the Carphone Warehouse last week; it was hard to find with many stores being sold out!

I have to say I'm really impressed with BB10 and the device itself. I have an iPhone 5S as well but feel that iOS7 is dated compared to the gestures based UI of BlackBerry. I hope you enjoy your new Z10!

I just won one last week in a facebook competition I am going from a 9900 which I LOVE. Gotta say am liking BB10 so far, so intuitive. Just got it set up on home wifi at the moment, as need a micro SIM for it. Its on doing update to 10.2.4 or something?

Only thing I'm having trouble with is logging into FaceBook, it takes me to sign up to a new account, I already have a facebook account, how do i do this? HELP lol

Its so much better than I thought it would be, not as hard to use as I thought. More people should try it. Am just hoping the in call volume is ok for me with my hearing aids,that'll be the decider for me.

I am hard of hearing and I have been able to hear conversations loud and clear without the volume being all the way up. It is a great device. Can anyone recommended any must have apps. I was looking at Sayit cos am used to siri but voice control seems to do a really good job
