Congrats - be forewarned it may be a chore to migrate your stuff to it but once you have it all set up to your liking I'm sure you'll really enjoy the phone and the new gesture-based OS.

Also, expect not too awesome battery life the first few days - but it should improve.

most likely due to the battery level... leave it to charge for a bit, it will move along.

Thanks everybody! Phone is definitely mint, just takes a while to set up. I thought Blackberry Protect would be able to import all my information from my old phone to this one, guess not though.

Unfortunately my bold is not communicating with my computer! It says it is unable to connect to my device

Status update on battery life, I unplugged at 80% because i had to go to work, had LTE on for a few hours, brightness was on average at 50%, did some remote access to my computer, bluetooth to my car, facebook twitter. Unplugged at 4PM and it is now 2AM. 10 hours with 27% left. Not too bad at all.
