    For JIO
    Eligiblity for Internet browsing is with band 3(1800Mhz),
    And for Voice over Lte(VoLte) is with band 5(850Mhz)
    And overall Band 40 (2300Mhz) works both simultaneously
    So if your device has any one of these bands then you are eligible for that specific band's feature.

    Yes u can use jio mobile data but don't able to use voice calls

    Z10STL-100-4 doesnt has any JIO supportable bands...so OP cant use Jio sim on Z10STL-100-4

    There is nothing specific that....you cannot use jio on any of the BB10 running device
    Although Z30 supports one band of JIO frequencies...so u can surf internet(No Volte).
