    I'm not new only here but to blackberry as well. A rich uncle just left me a z10 which I love so much but somehow WhatsApp needs upgrading. I have bis but it says I set to download apps via Wi-Fi only. How can I change this to data or BIS? Thank you to those who will help.

    Swipe from the top and press settings
    Network -> WiFi only off

    By the way, you don't need BIS for BlackBerry 10
