    Is anyone else having problems with call waiting. I never have time to actually answer the call. I hear the "beep" but by the time I look at the screen to see who is calling the call is off to voicemail. I'm with Rogers.

    Any help would be appreciated

    In with AT&T and mines the same. My torch did it too. My problem is that the call waiting tone isn't enough. By the time I hear it the call is gone.

    So I assume there is no fix for this. It's quite aggravating.

    Not having that problem here on AT&T . If I get a call while on a call screen shows who's calling and what options to do.
