    Hello guys, well after I've done a factory reset to my Z10 and restored my files by BBLINK, I'm facing some issues to install Play store with a message popping up saying that I've a recent version already installed on my device (Play store), also the Blackberry Google ID doesn't get installed. Any ideas?

    If you are on OS2876 (sw2836), you need to make sure you have the updated Android Runtime.

    Reboot after install (don't open). Then proceed to properly delete any residual Android apps. Use Ghost Commander from BBW.
