    I've already this process before on my q10. I'm on my mom's z10 and I'm trying to install the 10.2.0.1767 leak on it. If I'm not mistaken, the 100-1 can run it. The thing is... when I open up the runtime on my pc while having the device connected, at the beginning it seems to be running fine. it even starts showing the green light and everything but then it randomly gets disconnected from my pc and the runtime closes, making the z10 restart and going back to its current version.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem or knows any solution to it?

    I would try different usb cables and different ports. If that doesn't work try another computer. If that doesn't work perhaps the file is corruption and you need to delete it and unzip the original again. Any combination of those might help. Be sure to wipe your phone first and do not restore after though on this update as doing so will glitch your phone bad. Migrate all data to the cloud before proceeding so you can restore from reloading your accounts.

    You downloaded two different autoloader for each device, right? As in the autoloader you downloaded for your Q won't work on your Z. Just double checking

    actually the stl234 and Q10 the os is same the different is radio file the os is interchangeable only stl1 is different because the chip not same
