    About once a week on Verizon, I get a software update to the same version that the Z10 shipped with. Same size, 1meg.

    Typical 'Big Red Tape" Verizon bureaucracy, which is why we do not have the latest "real" version.

    Nope. You deleted a bloat ware app that the device shipped with and VZW re installs it by pushing you an update.
