When I get a new text or bbm the Instant Preview shows up at the top but it is only the first line, not the entire message. I have seen screen shots of instant previews showing the whole message so why doesn't mine?! Is there a setting I am missing? I'm on the Telus official 10.2.

i think it changes to the whole message as soon as you click on the quick-answer button.

I remember them saying you will see the first line of an email from the lock screen if you touch the icon, and the email will be a toast notification if you are in an app, using your phone, but to see the first line of an email in the hub was not one of the 10.2 updates that I remember.

Sometimes I find the instant preview disappears too quickly. I wish I can change the time interval longer for some utmost important BBM contacts.

Yeah! I do agree, too. It appears for only for 4-5 seconds

Yeah, it's typically gone before I can decide whether I want to open it. I'd like to have the option to make it last an extra couple seconds.
