    I updated to 10.2 the other day and everything is running fine, except instant previews for bbm doesn't work. It works fine for txt msgs but no bbm. Everythings turned on so i dunno what the problem is. Any one have a solution for this?

    Go in to your bbm settings and turn it on or go in settings and go on notifications

    When you are on 10.2 you get "toasts" they are little pop ups at the top of the screen that give you a brief description of the information of the text, email, twitter dm, etc. You can also reply from them or use them to launch into the corresponding application.

    Still is it for groups or individuals? Can't really help you without that info and what 10.2 you are on.

    I like instant previews, but is it possible for the phone to Wake up when you receive a message and have the preview stay on screen longer?

    Hello Patrick
    I had this problem. Solution was easy. Turn off and turn back on instant previews directly from the bbm app. Worked for me, though you may get different results

    @OP did you try this? I find this or similar actions to fix many glitches in BB10.
