LOL. Fail. I never use any earphones that come with the phones. I use my Apple in-ear headphones or my Dr. Dre headphones.

That's why Rogers is selling them $10 cheaper. My telus ones are the right way around

They sound ok. The mic seems pretty good too - no complaints from who I was on the phone with. I like the answer call button on it too. Really wish they didn't miss that because obviously I'm not exchanging my whole Z10 package over faulty headphones. I'll use the ones from my 9900 for now.

With normal headphones in it doesn't seem to know enough to use the device mic. Hopefully they update that because I really like using my Skull Candies to talk on the phone. Also earbuds but much more comfortable.

As for quality, I still use my headphones from my 8320, favourites to date, the rest feel cheap.
