In the recent leaks though the imap accounts ( gmail, yahoo etc) have the option to sync upto 90 days, once the the phone is restarted the sync period goes back to 30 days automatically! Can anyone help to resolve this issue? Thanks.

I don't think we'll see any improvement until the official 10.1 drops for the Z.

There is no current fix for this issue... and it won't be resolved in the first wave of official OS10.1 releases, as these will be lower versions than the recent leaked batch.
