I have no idea why it's doing this now, but I'm getting VERY good battery life.

I'm not even on WIFI!

Today I took off the charger at around 8:30am and it's now almost 12am and I still have 19%

Yesterday, I took off the charger at 8am and I put it back on charge at 12am with 10%

WTH??!!!

Same situation here, both Z10 and Q10 are easily lasting all day. Makes me slightly regret (not really, never know when you'll need them) buying those spare batteries!

I kill my battery with streaming music using Skooday.....

And the battery pack is just pure awesomeness!

However always curious how others manage to increase their life.

Battery life significantly improved with each updates. I really noticed the difference since 10.1... I would estimate at least 50% better since I got this phone on the Canadian Launch.

If I stream audio it isn't good to the battery, but if I just use it here and there. It's actually quite good.

Streaming can kill very fast.
My average use (messaging, calling, twitting) allows me to take the phone off charge at midnight, always on, till the next evening.

Yeah.... I am amazed for how many hours I can browse CB without having to worry about battery. but stream a song and you are dead so to speak XD

Mine was discharging about 20% per hour ,started a thread on CB. was told to get the charging bundle.
The day after I ordered it I restarted the phone ,and have got at least 2 days on a charge ,going on 3 weeks and still have not used the bundle LOL.

Short update from Meeting Room 4..... I have watched a film and screen on full.... Bundle charged my phone nicely.

Now I will see how long I survive on this charge.....

Wifi off, just 4 email accounts on push and CB app in active frame together with battery guru..... Then short browsing, a few calls and CB......that should be my day until it dies....or I'm at home...

Since I had the latest update, the battery life has increased dramatically, finished charging 1800 hrs yesterday now 10.30 AM and still got 69%. Emails have been rattling in all night and this morning, have been on Facebook several times, such a turn round. Fantastic Phone.

What is a charging bundle?
I have experienced significant lower battery life reduction. Mike last for less than 10 hours with low to medium usage. No media streaming, three email account and occasional Facebook visit. The battery issues started for me after the 10.1 update. Before the 10.1 the battery wold last for 16+ hours with the same level of usage as now....

Yesterday 6:30 am to 11pm. Used only 35 percent. Phone was standby most of the day checking emails on and off through the day.

I'm on. 2354 and never have less than a full days use regardless of normal phone usage (excluding high end games and streaming). During week I'm high power user with phone on most of the day.

Would post guru charts but bes keeps screen shots on the work side separate from cb10 app.

If i don't use my phone much and occasionally use it for just bbm, i get about 8-9hours, if i use it loads i get like 4-6 hours? :/

I arrived home and will be able to charge my phone...



Right now with the charging bundle I have managed almost 4hours of gaming, music and film streaming on the phone with high brightness, a few calls, some browsing and emailing and have just reached 24%. Without the extra power, it would be dead by now.

The two charging times are when the charging bundle was attached...in case someone is wondering..

So I got all in all15 hours of medium heavy usage out of the phone and still around 2 hours left. Otherwise I would have failed at around 7 hours.... or even less.

I started at 3 am and now it is 6 PM...

I think the biggest reason why my battery life was SO good on LTE, was because I had 5 bars LTE service the for most of the time.

My usual location has about 1-3 bars LTE, usually stays between 1-2.

So this must be the reason why some people have such different battery life experiences.
