    It seems to be a glitch that others have noticed sometimes. It shouldnt happen all the time though. It might be a faulty charger if it is happening all the time. How long for a full charge?

    I don't know if it's that exact message, but something similar comes up if I plug my Z10 into my spare battery bundle charger (which in turn is plugged into my computer)... Otherwise no. So I'm guessing the charger is faulty?

    I don't know, but compared to other phones a little but longer, maybe 2.5 hours.

    I get the message too every time I don't use the original... but, my original one is now shot... not charging at all.

    When I want the fastest charge I use my PlayBook charger. Works like a charm as stated above.

    So you get that message no matter what charger you use?

    Maybe it's the phone. Who's your provider? What is your OS version? (Go to Settings | About and look at Model Number and Software Release.)

    Also, next time the message comes up, hit VOL + and VOL - at the same time to take a screenshot and post it here so we can see exactly what you're seeing.
