Hey everybody,
So the other day I wanted to call a friend and suddenly I realised my three icons on the bottom of the screen (phone, search and camera), had gone. I just simply couldn't click on them cause they weren't there! Then, after further search, I opened an app and I saw the three icons were back but only on the active frames screen! If I went back to the icons menu, they were gone. BUT, whenever I clicked on them in the active frames screen, it didn't do anything.

I came to ask you guys if anybody has already had that issue or knows a solution to it.

I am running OS 10.2.0.1047 for about two weeks and it as working perfectly before.

Strange, do not have this issue on .1323. Try a hard reset (volume up + volume down until blue circle loading screen), maybe they will come back then. If not, I would suggest you reload your OS, or you could also update to .1323.

I have had that happen on 10.2.0.1047 also. A reset fixed it.

As you said, a reset fixes it. I had though to do 3 resets before it changed it.

Had it happen to me as well. Funny thing was that even though the icons had disappeared, the functionality remained. Never discovered WHY it happened but a reboot fixed it.

Hum so now whenever I do a restart the icons are here for about 2min and then leave..
Does anybody know why?

Turn off your parental controls if you have it enabled. Happened with my Z10 this morning.

I looked and all my parental controls were off. But when I tried to turn them on, they wouldn't save and whenever I turned them on and cam back to the settings, they didn't save...

Okay I found the issue. It works fine until I open a folder. Then the icons disappear.

I know it's an issue for you but I wish mine would disappear I am constantly somehow hit the phone icon either putting the phone in or taking it out of the holster.

I know buy the thing is I have this leak since quite a long time now so I don't see how It can be the leak's problem.

This problem is caused when creating folders on the 10.2 leaked OS! To avoid it, don't create any folders at all. I know the home screen will be full of icons and so on.

I also have a same problem but when I turn off parent control it completely normal .
