Nope no update, mine came with version 10.0.9.348
I picked up the Z10 White (Rogers) on Friday but today I changed my mind and exchanged it for Bell, in Black and take advantage of mobile TV.
Sorry, I didn't do my research and found out when I got home that Bell doesn't include the App and it's not available in BlackBerry World. *sigh* :(
I do like the Black, it looks & feels much better. I really love the Z10 and I'm trying to be patient with the (lack of) Apps.
Rogers did but Bell didn't.
i ordered mine on wednesday, said it would come on friday but it did not  [RAGE]
im getting mine in march :D...:crying:
I got mine but no OS updates yet, only apps.
I have a question....since i am still a android user but will be switching to bb...question is like this...if you get a notification....do you actually see the notification on top of the screen and see what is written ?...or do you just see an icon and you have to get to the hub to see what is written in the message ?

I got mine on 7th of February! White!! its Amazing, Alhumdullilah..
Got my black Z10 on Thursday and it already knows me well!
Attachment 135087
That was just to pump out a Rogers App. Nothing else.
I picked up my Z10 Thursday. I like this product. A few things I'm not able to do yet, however, I would think it is more of a user problem.:D
When I try to up load the crackberry app it keeps asking for a device password. I don't have a device protect password.
Got it today! Very annoyed by the CLI problem as all the names are stored with full international code and the names are not showing.
Other than that is is very nice and feels.. Different. Loved side loading apps

Ok - waited a few days to post but here goes... Overall I love my Z10 on the Rogers LTE network.
Main likes:
1. Snappy performance, LTE speed and fantastic OS
2. Browser - all I can say is WOW.
3. Hardware is all good, feels good and the screen size is just right. Well done, I always thought the Galaxy was too big.
4. The Hub - it's great
Dislikes or things that need to be worked on
1. Still some minor glitches in the OS - not unlike Android. I have had to reset the Z10 a couple of times.
2. A lot of apps that are suppose to be "at launch" or Playbook apps I have already paid for are not yet available. Coming slowly I see (Uno showed up yesterday).
3. Inability to download apps over 50 MB over air? If you have the data - why can't you??
4. Long process to erase e-mail - this needs to be fixed in 10.1
Am I happy over all - YES. I think Blackberry has done a great job with this phone and I show it off to all my Android and Apple friends. No more embarrassing lockups of my torch - Blackberry proud again and I do not feel like I am on a dated OS anymore. If you are on the fence - buy one. You will love it!!
likes: learning keyboard, browser, hub, see through folders, screen
dislikes: BB forgot that business people use this phone!!! no groups in contacts, no sync with outlook, no sync with address book contacts, no way to delete multi emails by just swiping
over all 6/10
once BB fixes my concerns: 10/10
I noticed my battery didn't charge when I plugged it in. Checked my plug, outlet just in case. Pulled it out and plugged it in again and then it started to charge. I figured it must not have made good contact or something. Something to watch for. Battery seems warm as I am giving the phone a good workout today. I was alarmed when I placed the phone in its holster and upon removal the phone did not resume operation as I did not power it of and the battery was fully charged. I tried swipping several times and no response. I hit the power button several times and still no response. I eventually pulled the battery to reset and it came back to life. All this in the presence of several Iphone users, how embarrassing. Hope this is not an issue. Any one else experience this? Any thoughts?
Mine went into update mode immediately upon booting up.
I have the same issue here with USB plug not connected property.

Be careful when you put the phone in the holster that you don't push down on the power button. It seems very sensitive. I have had this happen a couple of times. It fully shuts the device down. If you just tap the power button once and WAIT it will wake up.

I rarely post on here but just wanted to share the Z10 love. I upgraded from a 9780 and couldn't be happier...was going to hold out for the Q10 but decided to go for the Z10 and I love it so far, even though I'm still figuring out all the swipe gestures. The keyboard is amazing and the display is super sharp.
Yay, I bought my Z10 yesterday afternoon! However, I was a little disappointed, as I vowed I'd never ever sign another 3 year contract ever again, but as usual I relented one more time. My grandfathered 6 GB BBIS30 data plan migrated over from my 9900 to the Z10 without a hitch.
As soon as I got home I did a device switch via the media card method. The Z10 is awesome!
That said, I won't ever miss my trustworthy built-like-a-tank 9900, push email, or the real Bloomberg as I'm able to swap the sim card between both devices (via the do-it-yourself sim card adapter trick). Yes, I admit I can't say goodbye to my 9900 yet.
Both devices are so beautiful, and I will be torn everyday (well...for now) trying to decide who will get the pat on the backcover! However, one day the sweet Z10 will eventually win out more and more!
Got the Z10 today and I love it. It's so smooth, fluid and fast. The UI becomes second nature in a very short time. I don't understand the issues people have with synching emails. Gmail and outlook.com synched immediately, including contacts and calendar. Actually outlook.com synched better than on android because it automatically does it for you where on android I had to set up some settings manually because I had issues. Lastly, the difference between native and android apps is night and day. Hopefully android apps are a short term stop gap (sideloaded google maps works fine btw).
After driving around everywhere and being constantly told I couldn't flat out buy the Z10 without a 3-yr contract, I finally read about certain Koodo shops that will sell it with a monthly plan only (and no disconnection fees). $550 later, I have my Z10!
I am still keeping my 9900 though, it is critical for work. This should give me some time to do all the testing in the world before the Q10 comes out, which I'll probably eventually go with should I decide to move ahead with the BB10 transition.
Got mine 5 days ago. My favorite thing about it is showing people how I can keep a video running while peeking over at my messages. I also love when people see me playing with it and they say "that's a blackberry? Can I see?" and they play with it for 10 minutes. The camera is brilliant. Love the story maker app it comes with and all edits you can do. Take a pic of your kids and use the big eye edit and try not to say awwwwww. No flash with the time shift camera is a thumbs down for me. What I don't like: took me a while to get my contacts over. Had to use a work around cuz link wasn't working. Also, the screen rotating to horizontal when I put the phone on the table is annoying because it takes so long for it to rotate back. Other than that, excellent phone! Blows my 9300 out of the water.
lucky you guys, my device is on BACK ORDER from Rogers warehouse.
