    When I get a voice mail I don't get any icon on the left side letting me know just a red light. I got my wife a Z10 and hers has a icon when a voice mail is left. How can I buy this to show on mine?

    Interesting, what's the OS running on your device? Have you power cycle? pressing and holding the volume rockers until the device reboots and shows the blue BB squircle. You can not do this if you have STL 1 by the way.

    Yes I have restarted, rebooted and pull battery. Still no voice mail icon. Now that I think about it I don't remember if it was ever there. I noticed it on my wife's new Z10 though.

    Hi, I had the same issue following the update to 10.2.1. Holding the volume rockers until re-start has solved the issue for me, so thanks :0)
