Hi all,

So I am a blackberry fan and have had Blackberry 9000, 9700, 9800, 9900 and Blackberry Z10. I have had a second phone all the time including S3, Galaxy Note 2, Iphone 4S for work. Blackberry has always been my main phone.

I read the Blackberry reviews, forums and listened to the complaints, pros and cons and like an adult can make up my own mind. I know I wont ever get the perfect phone I never did with a Blackberry or any platform and I never will. Lets take a bit of realism, I appreciate other platforms and the things they bring to the mobile world.

So put off by the Q, yes me a keyboard nut decided the Q *for me* was pointless, no back button *gasp* no touchpad, I was annoyed beyond belief, it was awful. I thought whats the point. So i wondered in store today in the Phones4U after reading the crackberry forums and thought meh what is this Z10 all about. Well I found a device I could play with and they keyboard was my obsession, well i have to say I was blow away, i loved it. I like i could type on it, the OS was intuitive and just worked. Ok no whatsapp, no bebuzz but that will come. I laid down the cash played for 6 hours and I love it and I am satisfied.

All I want to say to throw my 2p in, is the battery is fine I am on 3G, on initial impressions my 9900 is being retired, its a good phone the OS so far is alright. It wont give me afterlife or complete my life but it makes *me* happy. As should any phone! Dont spend you life chasing a golden standard but also be happy in what you buy.

I am giving a thumbs up and a positive smile.

I am actually glad I'm going to have a month to read up on how people like the Z vs. the Q so that when they go on sale in the US I'll be ready to make a decision. Or at least closer to ready. I keep going back and forth in my mind.

I 'think' I will still get the Q since I realized that I already have full touchscreen phone with a Nexus 4 that I don't use know (but it is there if I need it) and I think I'll really miss the keyboard from the 9900. So, if I'm going to have two phones, it may as well be the Q and the Nexus 4.

BUT... since it will be a couple of months before the Q is out, I think I'll at least pick up a Z and try it out before the return window expires. If it can fill the need and not make me miss the keyboard, I could just go back to having one phone with no regrets.
