    Hello

    i had today my first freeze.
    So i tried to check my mails - went into the Hub.
    Swiped to delete 1 mail.
    On this action, screen freezed. All actions like swipe back to main screen or other
    wasn�t successful.

    So tried to Shut down phone, but nothing was going on.

    Then the phone reboots.

    What happened here?

    I have no sideloaded apps.

    Open apps on crashing:
    Whatsapp
    Nobex radio
    Music
    CB

    Thats all.

    Is my hardware faulty or is it software related?

    try the 5 swipe from top right hand corner technique to reset Hub and see if it works....
