    The hub is restart every few seconds what should I do because tomorrow is the last day on my 14 days.

    Pull battery? Factory sittings? Return the phone? .

    Im gonna go with a battery pull... or a OS reload....

    You don't ever need to do a "Battery Pull " with BB10. There is a way to reboot the Z10, the way it was designed..push and hold the top power button.
