I've searched CB for the kind of issue I'm seeing but I can't quite find anything regarding a possible fix.

When I go and switch some of the accounts to OFF within hub management like this:



What I expect to see is those accounts not to be displayed within my hub list. But in fact, they remain:



I've restarted the phone, did the 5 swipe hub reset and still no change. Some insight on this would be appreciated, not sure as to what I'm missing.

All that does is turn them off in the main part of the hub. All notifications still route to this area. That is a core part of the OS.

thats normal. if you del the google talk app it will no longer be in the hub.

It will still be in the list but messages won't be in the Hub.

Is there any way to manage the list? Can you add to this list? My wife wants to add Contacts as a list item. Is this possible? Thanks.

Thanks for the replies everyone. So I guess my question should have been, can I manage that hub list i.e. I don't want to see gtalk in that hub list but don't necessarily want to delete the application ether.

Can it be done?

No way to manipulate the HUB at this time to the user's content possible in a future update but if they allowed the HUB to be messed with it could break the user experience of what it's intended to do
