    After a quick search through the forums here I couldn't find anyone with this problem. The hub started acting up yesterday by not responding -it wouldn't open anything I press. Tried resetting it to no avail so I restarted the phone...it took hours for the hub to reset after that, then it was completely white. Reset it again, worked for a minute then again stopped opening anything I press. And all my accounts disappeared. Emails, Facebook, Twitter...everything. Scrolled down a little and it all went white. Any help with this would be great.

    What have you loaded recently in the way of apps? Which OS do you have? What were you doing when the hub last worked?

    I haven't loaded any apps recently and I just use the basics: bbm, whatsapp, Twitter, Facebook etc...
    I was using whatsapp when it happened. And my OS is 10.2.1.2102

    If you stay away from the Hub, is your Z stable enough to allow you to uninstall WhatsApp? If so, I'd try that.

    The issue seems to have resolved itself somehow. If it happens again I will try uninstalling whatsapp. Thanks for the help!
