How you know the keyboard is amazing on the z10

I was watching the hockey game and texting, not even looking at the keyboard i started typing. When i looked back at my phone i had got every word i typed with no mistakes. The keyboard and autocorrect on the z10 are amazing. By far the best virtual keyboard on the market. Try it yourself, start typing without looking.

You bring up a GREAT point. Users unfamiliar with virtual typing need to pull back on the reigns of hesitation and just GO. I consciously forced myself to pay less attention to specificity. The result was perfectly accurate (and heavily autocorrected) typing. The Z10 keyboard is without question the best autocorrection device on the market.

I no longer look at the keyboard when I type on Zed10. I love it. Such an amazing virtual keyboard.

Loving the keyboard! So are a couple of die-hard iphone friends of mine. Funny how they keep ranting about how much better their iphone is than my Z10 but they keep marveling at all the features of my Z10. Suck it, Apple!
Another cool thing about our keyboard? It's intuitive and learns your texting styles so its actually going to get even better the more you use it! I have got so much wood for this phone right now! sorry...fanboy moment...won't happen again.

The keyboard just blows the minds of anyone who tries it!

I seriously would love to see someone do this on an iPhone or Android keyboard...typing without looking at the keys and then count how many mistakes you get later.

Wow..thanks for the idea...I knew this keyboard. was the bomb - diggity but un - freak'n - real! As you can see from this post my Z10 has already learned that I use the word "Bomb - diggity a lot. Crazy man!loving this phone

The keyboard is awesome on the Z10. Very accurate. Noticed a huge improvement coming from Android galaxy prior.

The typing is effortless. Glad I didn't wait for the Q10.

I've seen people do it very consistently on Swype and Swiftkey.

I am quite proficient one-handed on Swype, but I CANNOT type well without looking.

I have tried both Android 4.2's Swype and BB10's keyboard. I can say that typing with Swype is much faster and feels better.

For example you want to type 'organization', in BB10 you must type 'orga' before the auto-complete comes out on top of N key.

I also tried typing a statement in BB10 without looking and it is correct for like 90% which is great. But good luck with that annoying cursor when you want to fix a mistake.

Nope. Don't see your point at all. It's not awesome because its a touchscreen. It's awesome because of what it does. If you don't like touchscreens, then I guess the awesomeness is lost on you because if you don't like touchscreens, then you won't be getting one of these phones.

Don't get me wrong ; I like the z10 keyboard but the real advantage is the extra screen space when not needing a keyboard and without the weight and mechanism of a slider. Add to this that they did a great job with the keyword and its all good.

Just saw your thread and just try the keyboard. Holy chit the auto correct is amazing. Just did a demo to a iphone friend. She is so sold on the phone.

Swype has made me a VERY lazy typist. LOL. And it keeps getting better.

Didn't someone create a jailbroken iOS keyboard similar to it? Octopus Keyboard?
