Your OS version is the latest official one for your carrier probably
Some carriers have gotten a slightly updated version that has some bug fixes

    You can either:
    A) Wait for your carrier to push that update out
B)Install the leak via an autoloader
C)Install the os from another carrier by using a program called Sachesi

Leaks normally don't cause any harm when done right. This one is also officially released in some countries, so it should also be safer than other leaks.

An autoloader installs the OS on your phone, but thereby wipes everything of your phone. That is why it is called a destructive installation. It is achieved by running the autoloader on a pc while your device is connected and it is advised to backup before using an autoloader so you can restore your data after you're done
They can be found over in their respective threads over in the leaked OS sub forum. Always make sure that you download the correct autoloader for your phone. Here is a CrackBerry guide on how to use an autoloader to upgrade your OS: http://m.crackberry.com/how-get-os-102-update-right-now

An update via Sachesi however, is just like a regular OTA update from your carrier, with the exception that the OS was released by another carrier somewhere in the world and that you have to hook up your device to a computer. This process does not wipe all your data, but it is still advised to backup your device data and also to remove your simcard during the process.
