Sorry im new don't get angry if i am doing something wrong. Every time i try to upgrade by bb to 10.2 it says i have the latest version and i know i dont have the latest

That means your carrier hasn't made the update available.
Go to the BB10 leaks section of crackberry, download the correct autoloader, backup you BlackBerry with BlackBerry Link, then run the autoloader

It's possible, but I haven't had any major issues.

I'm with Digicel Haiti, I could not wait for them to get my BlackBerry to be updated. So I used Sachesi to get the 10.2. It's an official update not a leak. So get it. It's a world of difference compared to the 10.1.
