i got my BB Z10- STL 100-4 updated from 10.2.1 to 10.3.1.634 from the shop i purchased it in india. But 10.3.1.634 seems to have some missing features like gallery, video, music. and also i cannot enable blackberry protect which is core feature. Pls suggest how to update from 10.3.1.634 to 10.3.2.xxxx wherein all the missing features are back.

Download the OS from here that you want. Unzip the OS to your PC. Cable your phone to your PC. Click the exe and it will install. Then restore your data again but using Link to RESTORE the backup you made of your device.

Hey Jaydee thank for your suggestion for procedure to update from 10.3.1.634 to 10.3.2.

i tried downloading the OS file thrice for z10 stl 100-4 from the link given in your reply . Each time the download failed one at 514 MB, another at 143 MB and last at 1.26 GB. Pls suggest some way so that i can download entire OS file without any failure this time.

Use autoloader, you can find them by searching in Google or in forums Crackberry web. My Z10 is currently OS 10.3.2.2339, flashed it with autoloader, works fine.
