Hi I have a Z10 model number STL100-3 and I have software 10.1.0.4184 installed and I would like to install the new 10.2 software. I am in China, using China Mobile can anyone recommend me where I could get the latest update? Thanking you in advance for your help

You will probably best to install one of the leaks. I seen China Mobile blocking quite a fair bit of bb.

im on Z10 china mobile too. option for you download sachesi. singtel code 525 carrier 05. Search, full download, after download, hit install, select bars install. full back up before upgrade .

I tried sachesi but once the initial download was done I could not get it to connect via USB. I have the latest version 1.1 not sure why it didn't work, I tried twice and failed.

what version that you have? I tried 10.2.1791 but it wasn't there.

An option is to get a sim card from a country that has the new update. You should get the update once you insert the new sim card.

how about the Country and Carriers?
i tried 234(UK) and 010(O2),It did download and install the 424,but when the device reboot,it kept stucking on the BlackBerry logo (100%), never enter the system!
Mine Z10- 02, the OS is 10.2.1.575!
