    Call poor att ..........dial 611 and tell them you want to unlock your Z10. They will ask for IMei number. Its located on your original Box.

    For so many it is more than this! Some carriers won't do it at all during so many months if you haven't paid the full amount for the phone. Some will require some smooth talking, and some agents will just give you the code no questions asked. Heck some carriers just give you the phone unlocked. My point is this, you do not know what it is like for others, everyone has a different experience...
