    Default How to save pictures?

I've been trying to find a way to save pictures from the Facebook/twitter etc directly onto the phone like I used to on my bb9900 but can't seem to be able to. Is there anyway to do this?

I would like to know as well. For now, I do a screen shot, but this is not the way it should be. Facebook and Twitter apps are garbage. Hopfully this and LOTS more are addressed in updates to those apps.

Open the picture on a webpage from Facebook or Twitter. Press and hold on the picture and menu pops up on the right side. Slide your finger to save picture and your off to the races.

Thanks kccman. I know how to save them from Web pages, but my main query was from inside the application itself. Apologies if I didn't make that clear in my original post.

I have been informed its not possible as if now. AND hopefully with updates they can make both twitter and Facebook apps MUCH better.

The FB app sucks. I use the browser (I'm finding I dont need a lot of the regular apps as the browser rocks ) and can save from the FB site that way.
Just long press on the pic and will get a save option on the right, same as when someone sms you a pic

Default how to save images on Z10

There are many problems on Z!0: 1. how to save images which have been emailed to you 2. how to save images from facebook app 3. how to save images from BB messenger 4. there does not seem to be a Ping option on the BB messenger 4. If you email any image from the Iphone to Z10 it does not recognize the format (unlike my older torch) 5. I still cannot figure out the screen lock system after few seconds. - IF ANY ONE HAS ANSWERS PLEASE REPLY

Open the email in the hub, long press on the photo attachments and select the top option from the options pane on the right side of the screen, then choose where you wish to save it.

No offense intended, but you really need to reference the user manual online. Bookmark it on your PC. There's a sticky thread for it here in Forums with the link.

Default How to save as (rename a picture file) from BBM in Z10?

    Hi,

I tried to save a picture sent to me to my BBM in Z10, and everytime I rename the file, it got lost (couldn't find it) and when I did a search, I would find it but then couldn't open it. It will say: "<my renamed file> can't be opened". SO, I will need to save the picture as is, and later rename it (a tedious process)..

Also, where do all these files saved by default? Especially in group BBM, previously in old BBM there's a "Picture Option" where we can choose to 'never' save the picture or save it in media card or device. Here in BBM in Z10, I couldn't find the option and need (again) to go through all the tedious process of saving, looking for the file, and renaming.... I'm very frustrated..

    Any tips?

    Thanks!
