    My z10 has taken over 3 hours for restarting i m still waiting for it restart . It just shows the bb logo.

    If more than a couple of hours, then it is stuck somehow.

    Hold both volume buttons down until device reboots (hard reset). See what happens.

    You may have to run the 10.3.1.2267 autoloader if problem persists.

    Mine takes about 30 to 40 seconds. Quite a bit faster than 10.2.1.1526

    He's talking about the first boot after the update.

    Presumably his problem was resolved with the hard reset.
