Actually I think what would be more fun would be to count phones running Microsoft Windows phone.

    I'll start.

Mine's the only Z I've seen other than in a Verizon store.
Located in NE Ohio. I'm sure there's more of us around - Just never have seen any one else.

Sorry here, I have to be objective. Agreed that MSFT isn't standing out like a beacon either. But you can spot a W8 screen a mile away (just a figure of speech, actually 20 feet is more like it). I see 4-6 Nokias every day. One difference, if you run with the business community, there is more and more integration. If you don't use a laptop, and especially desktop, half the allure (to me) is missing. (The thrust of the W8 is to capture MSFT's still dominant hold on business world computing.) Still, THE CARRIERS are pushing the Nokias almost equal with some of the Droid phones. And, with the HTC, of course, the consumer can choose either Droid or W8 platform but for those wanting an HTC, it gets the W8 option in front of the consumer. ... No material carrier outside of Canada is pushing our OS10 phones.

OS10 phones will have sales of less than 2mm (2.5mm w/creative acctg) this quarter (from a BB total of maybe 3.5mm). Nokia (and HTC) WIN8 phones are inching to 4mm for this qtr. (Actually, the results are already in. Accountants can massage--tuck here or fill there--but the cold numbers are in.) ...

What we do see in the Wild whether in Europe, U.S., or S.A. are legacy BBs. For now, they still run wild and are almost as common as cars.

I guess I dont run in the same crowds. I will repeat, I know the distinct tiles screen, and I haven't seen a single ONE in the wild.

I saw six. They were in my garden eating the tops off my carrots so I shooed them away.

My domesticated Z10 was sitting obediently in my toolbox as I shooed the wild Z10's back into the wilderness.

Wow, it's hot out there. Maybe time to switch from beer to water.

Three on the bus, two customers at work, and myself.

    Saw a Q10 yesterday too. That's more rare. Haven't seen a Q5 yet.

I live in Rome and back in April I found like 4/5 people with the Z10.
And The past week I saw a man holding a Z10

Yes, but I can agree that stalking either WIN8 or OS10 phones in the wild can be a daunting experience. BUT the qtrly sales are now in with W8 inching just short of 4mm and OS10 likely under 2mm (even w/the wildest exaggerations only 2.5mm) as BB legacy devices still outpace its OS10 phones. Nokia and HTC running the hybrid W8 now outpace OS10 sightings by a margin of 2 to 1. Therefore a photo of a person using an OS10 device in the wild might be worth nearly 2x what a photo of someone using a W8 phone--of course, outside of Canada and Washington state respectively.

Mine is the only Z10 I've ever seen out in the wild. A couple of weeks ago a guy spotted mine and asked, "Is that the new Blackberry?"

    "Yep," I answered.

"What do you think of it?"

"I love this phone. Best phone I ever had."

"Good. My brother-in-law was part of the design team. I'll let him know you like it."

I noticed he had an iPhone. :-(
Wow. Way to support the family.

I've had my Z10 since April and in that time I've seen 3 of them. Mine, my wife's and one guy at the airport months ago (and I'm in southern Ontario). I've seen more Q10s though.

Okay. So my location is skewing things. I'm in Western Canada. I wonder what the WP8 sales are like in my area. My guess, is extremely low.

Aside from mine and my wife's, I saw a black Z10 at my work tonight, and I also saw a black Q10. I manage a restaurant attached to a hotel, so I generally see a lot of guests daily. I usually come across some new BB10 devices each day.

I have only ever meet 2 people with the z10. You simply don't see them anywhere around as for the q10 I have seen about 4. Not alot. Where as iPhones and s4s are everyone.
