I agree - it is a real work of industrial art/design.
It certainly is. I fell in love with it when I saw it on it's release day in the UK.

Nothing is impossible...they created BB10 from scratch...the company can put Android, an already existing platform on ANY device if they really wanted to invest in the time to do so.

There will be new devices...made by another manufacturer. Did you know the BlackBerry Leap was not made by BlackBerry themselves?

That one was outsourced, and the people like it....so....

Have had 3 Z10's and love them, I'd still have the original in working condition if not for dropping it in the pool! Not understanding the battery issues that are being talked about. I get 10-12 hours daily. I'll own one until eBay runs out of them #perfectsize

I sold my Z10 about a year a go. I really liked it. I was attracted by the minimal design, but I really liked the comfortable feel of the phone and the grip. My only complaint is that the battery was tosh, barely lasted a day and would drain even if it was off. I used it for text messages but also I liked to play games on the bus ride home. I recall my friends were positively curious about how I had a Blackberry.

I am currently waiting on a new Passport SE to arrive. Last chance to enjoy BB10 OS really.

Went from a Z10 to the DTek which I returned and reloaded my Z10.
Are we about to lose 10 in favor of Android?
    Is 10 being discontinued?

Have tried Passport (difficult size to hold, "long" edge of screen not as long as Z10) and DTEK (as I thought, Android OS completely unappealing and can't stand Google stranglehold) so back to Z10 for beautiful heft, outstanding OS whatever broad opinion to the contrary, and above all niche status. All I need is supplied by *apk from various outlets. Still have two more pristine in boxes in case of loss, damage, unacceptable wear. Only gripe: glass not Gorilla, and "groups" not optimally handled when texting.

Yep, I dislike Android for various practical reasons, but I'm also really not keen how easy it is for Google to impose things on users because of lack of viable alternatives. I don't trust Google at all.

Still using my Z10, it's got all the features I need and the apps I use. Bit p*ssed off that Facebook was removed from hub integration but love the phone still.

It connects to my car, my motorbike, my BMW Navigator V, runs the Garmin Smartphone Link app and Hexcode GS911 app, as well as doing the normal smartphone stuff, don't see a reason to change it.

Love the wifi hotspot option and the tethering option which works well when using my Windows 8.1 tablet when touring on my motorbike.

May even source another one as a spare in case this one dies

I was using my z10 until last week when the hub went into spin cycle lock and now won't properly load. The z10 is a perfect size, I for one don't want to carry something the size of a readers digest around in my pocket. If only I could coax my z10 back into life .......yay! Managed to completely reboot my z10 and now it is good as ever it was. Plus with a 64gb micro sd, this z10 is still streets ahead of so many phones on the market

Coming up to 4 years in February. Bought a Passport SE but have kept it in the box so far. Z10 is like an old pair of jeans, comfortable.
